Shipping

All orders will be shipped using UPS and sent out in the order they are received. The expected delivery time for domestic orders will vary depending on location of where the package is being sent but will be received between 5-10 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 4 to 6 weeks after order date. You will receive an email with a confirmation on when your item has been shipped. Registration

Customers are not required to register to order M Six Labs products. The only required information to place an order is your name, address, email address, phone number, and payment information. Your email address will only be used to send order and shipping confirmations.
All information that is entered is the sole ownership of M Six Labs Supplements, and will not be sold or distributed, and is only used to process orders and to follow up with customers.

Customers acknowledge that follow up phone calls can be made by company or third-party representatives, as well as an automated

REFUND

Will I Be Denied a Refund in the 30 Day Period for Any Reason?

During the 30 day refund period, there are no exceptions to the refund policy. Providing you have purchased product from our online store, we will issue you a full refund during this time.

Please note, if the same person requests numerous refunds or we suspect illegitimate refund requests, we will look deeper into the issue and may stop supplying product to that person.

Can I Exchange Product Within the 30 Day Period?

Yes, should you want to exchange your product for a product of equal or lesser value during the 30 day refund period, you are able to do so.

If you choose to exchange your product for a product of lesser value, we will not refund the difference. I.e., if your product costs $99.99 and you exchange for a $49.99 product, we will not refund you back $50. Please fill out the contact form for instructions on returning your purchase.

Buying From a Third Party

M Six Labs is constantly striving to improve product effectiveness, taste, and affordability for all. We stand behind all of our CBD products. To that end, M Six Labs will gladly refund any product that was purchased directly from our online store at M Six Labs.com for up to 30 days from the day of purchase.

However, if a customer purchases a M Six Labs product in store or from another website (not from M Six Labs.com) and wants a refund, they must see the store for the refund. Any customer who calls customer service or emails seeking a refund for a product purchased in store will be referred to this refund policy.

SHIPPING

M Six Labs accepts orders 24/7, and your order will be processed by our shipping team when it is received. If you choose expedited shipping, your order may be given priority to ensure that we’re able to deliver it within the requested time frame.

Please note: during the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping may be delayed due to carrier limitations. Customers in Australia may experience greater delays. Australian Post has recently opened up more air routes and is also having labor issues, resulting in greater delays to Australia due to the lack of air lift from LAX and the ability of the Australian Post to move mail in Australia. However, the USPS has secured charter aircraft at a great expense to service Australia to clear out the backlog.

Expedited Shipping

Our team works to make sure that you’ll receive your packages as quickly as possible. Our expedited shipping may arrive later than expected due to UPS delays beyond our control.

If you order a product on a weekday AFTER 2 p.m. and choose expedited shipping, your order will be sent out within 48 hours. Orders placed after 2 p.m on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. M Six Labs only ships on weekdays. We do not offer shipping guarantees, and USPS and UPS delays beyond our control may cause longer wait times. APO and APE military addresses cannot select expedited shipping. We invite you to contact our customer service team with questions about your specific order.

Standard Shipping

M Six Labs ships packages directly with UPS. However, packages are handed over to your local USPS for final
delivery. Domestic packages usually take 5 to 10 business days to arrive at their final location. If you need a package sooner, we recommend choosing expedited shipping.

International Shipping

International customers may receive products within four to six weeks. We have no control over customs inspections, which can hold up products for days or even weeks.

Holidays & Sales

Shipping and processing times may be lengthened during busy sale times and Holiday seasons that create a high volume of orders. UPS does not ship on the following holidays regardless of whether you’ve selected expedited shipping:
